Network Marketing Is A Great Business Model Today
Mlm is a modern day marketing model that has been in practice dating back to the 1980s . Network marketing opens the door to the average person to own their own business and do it all from home. My own business Infinity Downline is thought by many people to be Networking marketing but in a number of ways is very different than most MLM companies.
Businesses that have decided to employ network marketing to make their product assessable to their target consumers have a lot of differences from companies who do not use MLM for distribution. How are they different might be a thought you are thinking? Network marketing established businesses reward their distributors by giving them a percentage of the profit made from the sale of their product to the people who actually make use of their highly promoted products. Non Mlm business programs absolutely do not.
All MLM ventures have what is recognized as a compensation plan the specifies exactly how they will pay commission to the individuals who purchase their products or services. Built into all comp plans is a means for distributors to earn compensations for not only what products or services they purchase, but to also earn money off the sale of the companies products to other people as well. Why does this happen?
To put it in a simple easy to understand manner, if I purchase the mlm companies service or product then I get paid like I have made a sale. If I then pass along the info to you about it and you buy the companies product we both then get paid. My commission is because of the reasoning that the company would not have had that sale if I hadn’t recommended the product to you. There is still more to it.
If your friend then goes and tells somebody else about the merchandise, lets refer to that friend as Joe and Joe makes the decision to buy the product also then you earn and your friend each will earn a commission because you each have a share in the reason Joe decided to buy the product. You see if you had never brought in your friend, Joe would have not have been introduced, so you each are responsible for Joes subsequent purchase.
A lot individuals refer to all mlm business businesses as pyramid schemes. But actually these days their are stringent laws and regulations that regulate all networking market practices. That term was actually created due to the unlawful practices of some early MLM companies who were marketing with no legitimate product and were only paying out commissions that were only generated from recruitment fees and where no actual product sale had taken place.
Really why the term Pyramid Scheme got stuck on mlm in the first place, is because a graphic representation of an MLM comp plan looks a lot like a pyramid. For example, as you start to build an MLM downline, the levels below you are wider than their preceding levels because their are more people bringing in more people. For example if you bring in 2 people, who bring in 2 people, who bring in 2 people, you are at level 3 and there are 4 people there, hence wider.. Like a pyramid that starts with a single block, each level down from it has more blocks and is subsequently wider than the preceding level.
When you refer new members, who subsequently refer new members who also duplicate what you have taught them with the people they have recruited, you will earn from their efforts as well. J. Paul Getty a much celebrated capitalist from decades ago made the famous statement that become world renowned that he would rather be paid commission from 1 percent of 100 people than 100 percent of his own efforts..
Realistically speaking MLM business opportunities do not impose a thresh hold on the quantity of people you bring in, however the levels deep you can go down is limited in most of them. Another factor you should know about is in most MLM comp plans each level down will earn you a different percentage of commission. In those cases that means an MLM can only pay out so many levels before it runs out of commission it can distribute.
With my own company Infinity Downline as I mentioned at the begriming here, is the fact that it is considered to be an ordinary Multi-level marketing company by a lot of people but has a different structure in compensation. Some of these major differences for example would be as follows.
1- The creator and owner takes no part of the sale of memberships. ( They generate an income from the sale of other products and services to the members )
2- There are no fractions of disbursement of the commissions, no in fact all members receive 100% commission no matter what level it comes from
3- The amount of levels you can be paid on below you never stops. It may be 7 levels deep it goes for you or 7000, really there is no limit.
4- This is specifically why it is called Infinity Downline.
Multilevel marketing definitely smoothes out the work at home business field and with a cooperative fully committed downline, great organizations can be developed and individual members and their entire teams as well can gain considerable pay checks. Many affiliates in Network marketing have got paid huge wallet fattening pay checks from their mlm teams.
